Happy New Year's...2010. wow.

time sure has been flying by rather quickly already this year. Towards the end of 2009 felt like a tornado hit me as I was not sitting back and relaxing - i started my new job, had a busy schedule on the weekends even, and BAM....! whadoyaknow~ it was already the brand new year.

I truly think 2009 gave me some time to reconnect and recollect so much about myself. I was able to dedicate the whole year for myself and do what i had to do to feel complete. The wedding went great...! The very first full marathon was unbelievable. Landed my new job with the design and marketing out of nowhere.
I wish I can carry over a great perspective and a positive attitude for 2010 and try to be happy and just enjoy each day. I know i am still stuck in Japan but this year i will work hard to gain more experience for myself to be a bit more marketable for the US. (and in life) i think i need to change how i feel inside about myself. we shall see...I for sure will be getting the international teaching certificate for Yoga alliance.(300hrs).

New Year's Eve 2009 turned out to be very special since I was able to spend it with both of my brothers. We all went back to my mother's house and just sat around the dinning table and my brothers drank away and chatted about life. It was the first time i spent new year's with them since i was about 8 years old(before i moved to the states) so it was great.
.i mean nothing special, no crazy feast or nothing, even just sitting in the same room, watching TV/surfing thru channels was priceless.

HAPPY 2010!

*the Japanese OSECHI new years food. most of them are store bought but i did the plating. haaa it was fun.
