Being self-aware and finding inner peace *peace of mind*

When I was taking a walk around Ochanomizu on my way to work the other day, I came across a used book sale at Maruzen.
I was lucky enough to run into some English-books and not to menion "bargain" books.

A little treat for myself, for my mind, and for my heart, this was good.

"Don't Sweat the Small Stuff....and it's All Small Stuff" - Richard Carlson.

Some of these pointers may be some guide to all of you as well because it is always hard living in a fast-paced world (especially a mad city like Tokyo) we tend to forget the simplest stuff, and also tend to lose ourselves in seeing the most necessary things.

My favorites:
*Spend a moment, Every day, thinking of Someone to Love
*Think of what you have instead of What you Want
*Get comfortable not Knowing
*Look for the Extraordinary in the Ordinary

The rainy season is heeerrrreeee and not loving it as much.....aaa stop the humidity pleeeeeezzzeee >_< (at least I get to wear more of my California-weather close due to the warmer days, woo hoo)
